The Black Huia Feather Earrings are a stunning example of Māori jewellery, meticulously handcrafted from beef bone. These earrings have been dyed black to represent qualities such as prestige, authority, and order. Every bone is nicely packed into a gift box. As each carving is crafted by hand, slight differences may occur between individual earrings.

Material

The bone earrings are handmade from beef bone and carved individually, slight variations might occur.

The huia feather was revered by the Māori people as a symbol of nobility, leadership, and hierarchy.

Earrings come as a set of two.

Shipping

Orders typically take 1 - 3 days to be prepared for delivery. Once they are packed and ready for collection, a courier driver will collect and scan on shipping label. An automated email confirming the collection will be sent out to the email address entered during checkout. 

Standard delivery time within NZ is 2 business days but this may be impacted by Covid-19 restrictions. International shipping times vary by location.
